Sundays of holiday weekends are $4000.
An off season discount of $500 is offered during the months of December and March and $1000 is offered during the months of January and February. Discount does not apply to Monday-Thursday rates and excludes holidays.
Rental includes up to 5 hours of event time and 1 hour immediately following the event for clean up. It is up to you where you put the 5-hour window of event time. Friday and Saturday events must conclude no later than midnight.
Sunday-Thursday events must conclude by 11:00 pm (exceptions may be made on these conclusion times for holiday dates).
Additional event time may be purchased at an hourly rate of $300/hour.
Access to the space for set up begins at 12:00 pm the day of the event.
Onsite ceremonies are available for clients that are hosting their reception at Foundation for an additional fee of $850. With the ceremony fee you get one additional hour of event time, a floor plan design for both ceremony and reception, venue staff performs room flip, extended time for bar service to begin immediately following the ceremony and use of the bridal rooms to get ready.
